Billie Bear Senior Resort Manager

Are you interested in a unique management opportunity in a small resort environment? Billie Bear Resort is currently looking for a Senior Resort Manager (SRM) for the upcoming 2012 season (May through Thanksgiving).

Supervising 6-8 staff, the SRM is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the resort. Some of the duties of the SRM include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the main contact for guest relations
• Reservations
• Oversee the children's program
• Purchase of store stock
• Management of office and store
• Financial reporting
• Supervise weekly and daily housekeeping
• Oversee grounds and waterfront maintenance
• Responsible for maintenance and coordination of contractors

The SRM must be responsible, mature, and independent. He or she should have supervisory experience and previous work experience in a customer-oriented environment.

Required qualifications:

• Driver's Licence (G2 or higher)
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card
• Standard First Aid
• Billie Bear Staff must be 18 years of age or older

Billie Bear Resort Supervisor

Are you interested in a unique job opportunity in a small resort environment? Billie Bear Resort is currently looking for a Supervisor for the upcoming 2012 season (May through Thanksgiving).
