Billie Bear Lakeside Community Club is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information collected from our guests.
What information we collect
When you make a reservation, we request:
- Name in which the reservation is made
- Address of above guest
- Number of guests in party
- Email address and phone number (contact information)
- Credit card information for deposit and confirmation of reservation
If you choose to provide the ages of children, we may note that information in our database, towards the planning of summer program events.
By providing this information to us, you consent to its collection and use by us according to the policies outlined below.
How we protect security
Guests’ personal and reservation information is kept in our guest register and reservation database, accessible by password only to those individuals processing reservations. Billie Bear Lakeside Community Club does not share any guest information with third parties.
How we use your information
- To process payments
- To contact you regarding your reservation or reply to your enquiries or requests
- To provide customer service, wherever possible meeting your personal preferences in accommodation, facilities, and services
- To maintain a register of guests on the property at any given time
- To thank you for your stay and to invite feedback
What regular communications you may expect from us
- Confirmation of reservation (at the time reservation is made and, for reservations made before January 1, a second message early in the new year for the coming season)
- Annual guest information letter
- Message thanking you for your stay with a link to our Guest Survey
Should we decide to expand communication with our clientele, you will have an ongoing opportunity to opt out of any communication not pertaining to your reservation.

From time to time, we post pictures of activities at Billie Bear on our website. Should you at any time encounter a photograph identifying you or a family member and wish it to be removed, please contact us at rentals@billiebear.on.ca or 705-635-1330.
