In the fall of each year, the owners of Billie Bear gather in the rec hall for their annual general meeting.

The Other Seasons

Bella-Rebecca Community Association

Each year, on the Canada Day weekend, Billie Bear provides the venue for the annual meeting of the Bella-Rebecca Community Association and the "Second Sandy" Foundation. After the business is done, everyone gathers on the lawn to enjoy an ice cream social sponsored by the Billie Bear Lakeside Community Club.
